The freshly renovated Chalet \Wildberg\ is located in a quiet area in the Zurich Oberland - on the year-round open camping site Seiler in Wildberg, one of the few campsites in Switzerland that can be used all year round.

The chalet is generously proportioned, offers a pleasant room height and plenty of light. The spacious wooden terrace and a covered balcony extend the living space outdoors.

The chalet is well insulated - in summer it remains pleasantly cool, in winter it is cozy and warm.
The equipment offers everything to feel comfortable all year round: a wood stove (cheminee) for heating with space for wood directly in front of the chalet, an additional gas heating with tested connection for gas bottles and a flow-through heater for hot water in the kitchen and bathroom. The existing gas stove with oven enables comfortable cooking. A fresh water tank, a fixed water connection and a year-round usable power connection ensure the basic supply. Internet reception is possible without any problems via 5G wireless.

The parking lot is located directly in front of the chalet - no footpath is necessary.
A monthly camping rent of around 400 CHF is due, which includes the parking lot as well as electricity, water and sewage connections.

The chalet is ideal as an alternative place of residence for weekends and longer stays in nature. However, it may not be used as a permanent residence according to the campsite regulations. Here you can relax, unwind and enjoy nature to the fullest - surrounded by pleasant and helpful neighbors.

The Camping Seiler is currently run by a young, motivated operator couple who are developing the site with a lot of commitment. A completely new, modern sanitary facility is under construction.
