About the project

The two multi-family houses Teelwald A & B are located on the sunny west slope, which connects the two villages of Visp and Visperterminen via the Terbinerstrasse. The village center of Visp can be reached on foot in just a few minutes. A bus stop in the immediate vicinity enables connection to the public transport network.

The development has 18 residential units, and several 3.5 and 4.5 room apartments are still available for purchase. All of them have a fantastic and extensive view of the valley. The two residential buildings are connected by a shared underground parking garage. The building's own photovoltaic system produces green energy for self-consumption.
